About the Company

CB2 is part of the Crate and Barrel family of brands that offers the latest in modern furniture & contemporary home decor. In 2000, Crate & Barrel launched the first CB2 store in Chicago on the “magnificent mile”. From velvet sofas to chrome coffee tables, CB2 has a wide selection of modern furniture for home creators that are looking for chic and functional furnishings. 

 

About the Program

CB2 has been a client of Talkable for more than 5 years. Their regular referral campaign offers $20 for Advocate and 15% for Friends rewards and continues to show great results. Once a year, for a limited time (10 days), the Talkable team assists in the launch of a special campaign with a higher reward. Advocates get $50 back when they give their friends 15% off their first order.

This limited-time offer campaign is promoted heavily through the website header placement and in dedicated email blasts, targeting all existing customers.

Results

Limited-time offer campaign brings 19% more advocate impressions, 20% more people who shared the offer, and 18% more shares on all share channels (email, social media), compared to the regular campaign. Overall, the CB2 team saw a 31% increase in total revenue from the referral program in January, when a limited-time campaign took place.
