We can finally say that the eCommerce industry is set into a new normal. Now we have a slightly broader perspective of the impact pandemic has had on business than we did 12 months ago.

In 2021, most of the industries either got back to pre-pandemic numbers or continued the general growth trend. The biggest shift happened in consumer behaviorism who had either switched to online shopping completely, started to expect a new level of the omnichannel experience, or choose independent local brands over market leaders.

We, therefore, take this opportunity to conduct a retrospective look at two years that formed the new eCommerce reality.
